the views were somewhat nice, but the steep stairs made it hard to enjoy them. i expected my reserved room, but ended up with a different one. is it too much to ask for help with my luggage? overall, it was a disaster. i almost left a good review but just couldn’t, frankly disappointed!

My stay was good! The epic view of the city from my room was amazing, especially at night when the lights sparkled. Not to mention the refreshing outdoor swimming pool where I spent my afternoons lounging in the sun-it was the perfect escape!
